Harbours, growth and ideas
A pontoon with a story
The harbour setting is part of the Hub’s character. Here we explore both what shaped Rotterdam and new ways of using the city. Microgreens offer a small-scale example of growing food in an urban environment. The mini-museum will explore the development of the Maritime District.
This makes the Hub a place for questions, ideas and shared experiences. It is also a practical space you can request for an exclusive gathering.

What the Experience Hub will offer
Your gathering
Plan a team session, presentation or private get-together for up to twelve people. Hire the space for a morning, afternoon or evening, with Wi-Fi, a screen and a flip chart included. A mandatory refreshments package applies; lunch or a sharing platter can be added.

Urban farming & microgreens workshop
Learn how microgreens grow, taste different varieties and try sowing them yourself. The workshop lasts 90 minutes and welcomes up to twelve participants. Scheduled tickets and private group requests will be available.

Free Maritime District mini-museum
Stichting Erfgoedhavens Rotterdam is creating a mini-museum about the area’s past, present and future. Admission will be free. The opening date and visiting hours will be announced; a museum visit is not yet a confirmed part of other activities.

A future place for the neighbourhood
The Hub will later also offer free community access: a place to meet, with healthy drinks and sandwiches available to buy for takeaway. The starting date, opening hours and selection will be announced once confirmed. Public access will be separate from exclusive bookings.

Combine a gathering or workshop with boat rental, a private tour or an evening cruise on the Maas. We coordinate your programme and availability.
