Small in scale, personal
A space just for your group
Your group has exclusive use of the reserved room during the agreed time block. Shape your own programme: present an idea, work on plans or spend focused time together. Tell us how you want to use the space, and we will discuss a suitable layout and schedule.
The Hub is small in scale, with a maximum of twelve people for a gathering. Wi-Fi, a screen and a flip chart are included with the hire. Tell us which facilities you need so we can prepare for your arrival.
The surroundings
Maritime history and fresh growth
The pontoon sits within the harbour surroundings that give the Maritime District its character. Urban farming is part of the Hub. A forthcoming mini-museum will add stories of the area’s past, present and future. Its opening will be announced separately; museum access during your gathering is not yet promised.
Planning
Choose your time block
Reserve a morning, afternoon or evening, or discuss combining time blocks. Your proposal confirms arrival, starting and finishing times. Add any plans for lunch, a workshop or a boat trip to your enquiry so we can coordinate the programme.
Food & drinks
Refreshments for your gathering
The room is hired per time block from €275 excluding VAT. Every gathering comes with our coffee and tea package with soft drinks, nuts and fruit: a fixed part of the booking, so you are looked after from the start. Its price depends on group size and the number of time blocks and is stated in your proposal.
Add a premium sandwich lunch or a sharing platter for a longer break or a closing drink. Anything else you would like — lunch, drinks, a workshop or a boat trip — we arrange on request. We discuss the selection and dietary requests before confirming the booking.
Combine
Make more of your day
Add an urban farming and microgreens workshop, hire boats for the group or finish with a private cruise. Dinner on the water can also be arranged on request. Activities are scheduled separately and are not automatically included in room hire.
