Urban farming is about growing food in an urban environment. This workshop makes that idea tangible through microgreens. See the growing setup, learn how the process works and discover what to consider when getting started. The pontoon offers a distinctive place to learn together.

Look, taste and sow

We combine explanation with practice. Discover the cultivation process, see the setup and taste different varieties. Then try sowing for yourself. This is an accessible introduction and a practical experience, rather than professional grower training.

A group of up to twelve

There is time for questions and hands-on practice. Join on your own, bring someone along or request a workshop for your own group. Scheduled sessions are booked by individual ticket and shared with other participants.

A private workshop for your group
